Tuning clutch suitable for Puch Maxi S and N, as well as Puch Supermaxi LG1 mopeds equipped with an E50 engine. The clutch is designed for racing kits up to 65 ccm.
The racing clutch is equipped with a reinforcement plate that ensures the necessary stability even at high RPMs.
The package includes four different spring strengths for the respective applications:
- Red (pre-installed springs with thin wire): correspond to the original clutch springs.
- Blue: Stronger spring, for lightly tuned engines.
- Yellow: Stronger spring, for moderately tuned engines.
- Red: Strongest spring, for high-end tuning.
Before installing the centrifugal clutch, make sure that the openings of the retaining rings, also known as BZ rings, face outward. This prevents the BZ rings from coming loose during operation.
Note:
We recommend not using the yellow and red springs (high-end), as the high RPM during engagement causes increased friction. This leads to high temperatures and can ultimately result in the clutch being destroyed due to overheating. For better results, we recommend using swiing® springs or even switching to an aramid clutch.
