A high-quality stainless steel fuel tank designed to fit your Sachs 502 Tour de Suisse moped as well as other vintage mopeds.
The entire egg-shaped tank is made of 1.2 mm-thick stainless steel sheet and is manufactured using laser welding technology. The workmanship impresses with its precision and true-to-original details.
The surface is already polished to a high gloss but can be further refined upon request. Should a scratch ever occur, it can be easily polished out.

Notes:
A slightly discolored weld seam may be visible near the fuel connection. This area was intentionally polished less thoroughly at the factory to avoid damaging the thread. Once installed, the discoloration is barely noticeable due to the tank’s height and the viewing angle.
Depending on the frame mounting, it is recommended to use suitable nylon spacers—especially if the mounting point is slightly narrower than the tank’s tunnel width.
