Tuning cylinder cover with optimized combustion chamber for blown cylinders of your Puch X30 NG-2AH, Puch X30 NG-2A, Puch X30 N-2A, Puch DS 50, Puch MV 50, Puch MC 50 mopeds, mopeds and small motorcycles with M6 cylinder stud bolts.
Please select the desired cylinder head with the corresponding diameter of 38, 40 or 41 mm in the selection field.
The cylinder head must be fitted together with the four centering sleeves included in the scope of delivery.
The centering bushes are used to ensure that the cylinder cover can be pushed onto the stud bolts in a perfectly centered position.
The bushes are pushed into the holes in the cylinder cover so that they protrude slightly above the sealing surface (see Figure 2 for an illustration).
We recommend gluing the guide bushes into the cylinder head with Loctite adhesive so that they do not move during assembly/disassembly.
The cylinder heads do not have a mount for fitting a decompressor.
