Pinasco “EVOTEN BIG BORE” cylinder with a 46 mm bore and 71 cc displacement for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo, Boxer, or Grillo moped.
The completely redesigned 46 mm cylinder from Pinasco now comes with a 6-channel layout and a cylinder head secured with five bolts, engineered to withstand the toughest conditions.
All standard racing exhausts can be mounted to the included exhaust flanges with outer connection diameters of 22.5, 25, or 28 mm.
The cylinder head is installed without a gasket. To ensure an optimal seal, it is therefore essential to strictly adhere to the tightening torque of 10 Nm for the M6 screws and 14 Nm for the M7 studs.

High-quality cast aluminum and a durable Nikasil coating are the hallmarks of this high-end tuning cylinder.
The cylinder kit delivers its maximum power in the mid- to high-RPM range. We recommend using the racing cylinder in combination with a variator drive.
Installation on an original engine case is only possible with minor modifications. The cylinder kit can be installed on the well-known Pinasco, Polini, and Malossi racing cases without any modifications.
Note: If the cylinder kit is installed on a Piaggio Ciao, the cooling fins on the right side must be sanded down. However, due to the cutout for the Ciao’s cable channel, the mounting hook on the head for the decompression cable is also missing. As a result, the cylinder head is only partially suitable for newer-generation Piaggio Si, Bravo, or Grillo models. This can be resolved by routing the decompression cable to the cylinder head from the front, as is done on the Ciao or Boxer. Please observe the installation direction during assembly. The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust port on the exhaust side.
