75 cc racing cylinder kit for fan-cooled engines.
The Gilardoni Italkit racing cylinder with a 47 mm bore has been machined for use with forced air cooling. However, this required significant compromises. Only the bare essentials of its cooling fins remain.
The machining has reduced cooling performance to a minimum, so this kit requires someone who knows exactly what they’re doing.
In short: an exceptional racing kit for experienced mechanics who prefer to push the limits rather than settle for ordinary solutions.
The aluminum cylinder features a running surface coated with nickel-silicon carbide (commonly known as Nikasil).

This cylinder kit is intended exclusively for experienced mechanics, as cooling capacity has been reduced to a minimum due to the machining process.
Please observe the installation direction during assembly. The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust port on the exhaust side.
