45 mm tuning cylinder with 70 cc displacement and narrow exhaust for your Pony moped / moped with Sachs 503 AB, AC or ADV engine.
The wide-bore racing kit has been extensively reworked compared to the original cylinder. The overflow channels, intake and exhaust have been enlarged. The racing cylinder is designed for high engine speeds. Due to the longer exhaust timing, a high dynamic pressure is therefore required in order to exploit the full power.
In addition to the piston, piston ring, clips and pins, the scope of delivery also includes the required gaskets for the base, intake and exhaust. In addition, an O-ring and a reinforced graphite gasket for the cylinder cover are included, which can be used as required. It is still possible to use the original cylinder head.

Note: The inlet of the cylinder has a double hole pattern, so that sockets for both the AB / AC and the ADV engine can be fitted.
The narrow outlet is designed for AB / AC exhausts. A flame tube from the AB / AC engine must therefore also be fitted to the ADV engine.
This tuning cylinder is powerful and can wear out the gearbox and other engine parts more quickly. Please be aware of this when purchasing the 45 mm version.
