Complete gray cast iron cylinder kit with a 50 cc displacement for your Puch DS50R, DS60R, VZ50R, or MC50 small motorcycle.
In addition to the piston with two piston rings, the package also includes the piston pin and the necessary clips.
Note: This cast iron cylinder is not suitable for standard 2-, 3-, or 4-speed engines and can only be used on R-series engines.
We recommend rounding off any sharp edges and blowing out the cylinder before installation, as there may still be machining debris from production. Please observe the installation direction during assembly. The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust on the exhaust side.
